The ECS-H charger is designed to rmly and reliably hold
and charge wireless Code bar code readers equipped
with a baery handle.

Charging Instrucons:
Firmly seat the baery handle in the charger. When the
charging clips are engaged, the LED will turn on.
• Green LED indicates baery handle is fully charged.
• Red LED indicates baery handle is charging.
Baery handles ship with approximately 50% baery life and
should be completely charged before inial use. Approximate me
to charge a depleted baery is 4 hours. Note: In certain reader
conguraons, the LED on the charger may never turn green.

1. Plug the power supply into the charger and wrap the cable around
the post, as indicated in the diagram on the charger. Slide the cable
through the channel cut out. (Figures 1 and 2)
2. If a weighted base plate was ordered, place the ECS-H onto the
weighted base and secure with the screws provided (Figure 3). Plug
in power supply into the wall socket (or USB port if USB Charge
Cable ordered).
3. If a weighted base was not ordered, mount the charger to a surface
for added stability. Note: Because surface types dier, mounng
screws have not been included. Plug in power supply into the wall
socket.
